• Package prices are per person for a minimum booking of 2 people.
• Special prices are available for group bookings.
• Water sports activity prices are valid if using our return transfer service.
• Pick-up service is available for additional charges depending on the area. Please contact us if your pick-up area is not mentioned.
• Payment is cash on the day itself with our driver. Payments in other currencies will be converted based on the daily exchange rate.
• Water sports activities may be cancelled due to unsafe wind and weather conditions; guests will be informed, and no charge/refund will apply.
• Cancellations made within 1 day prior to activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total payment.
• Not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems, respiratory problems, sinus problems, recent ear infections, or claustrophobia.
• Additional charges apply for towels and underwater DVD services.
