Batur Natural Hot Spring
Soak in warm, mineral-rich spring pools on the shore of Lake Batur, with Mount Batur rising in the background.
Located at Toya Bungkah village on the edge of Lake Batur in Kintamani, the Batur Natural Hot Spring is fed by geothermal water naturally warmed by the still-active Mount Batur volcano. Bathers relax in open-air pools built right along the lakeshore, taking in panoramic views of the volcano and the crater lake while the mineral-rich water soothes tired muscles. It is a popular stop to unwind after a Mount Batur sunrise trek, or as a relaxing addition to a Kintamani sightseeing tour.
