Situated in Kutuh Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, it lies approximately 3 km from the renowned Nusa Dua area and Uluwatu Temple. Historically, its challenging access meant only a handful of foreign surfers and local fishermen could reach its pristine shores. The journey to Pandawa Beach itself is remarkable, with a picturesque 1.5 km road dramatically carved through limestone cliffs.
