- If you wish to watch the traditional Legong dance performances (held daily from 19:30 to 21:00 pm), it is highly recommended to arrive early and purchase tickets at the booth as seating is limited and tickets may sell out quickly.
- Parking facilities are available north of the palace. Alternatively, visitors can park at the Ubud Market and walk to the palace due to its central location and potential traffic congestion.
- Public toilet facilities are available within the Wantilan area for a small donation.
- Numerous small shops selling cold food and drinks are located nearby. For handicrafts and souvenirs, the Ubud Market, which is within walking distance, offers a complete variety at competitive prices.
